The customer completes the booking of the vehicle from the corresponding website.
The customer has already given their consent to be contacted via WhatsApp and receives the vehicle booking confirmation documentation.
You are provided with detailed instructions to start the process of capturing the documentation. The Client accepts the consent of biometric data and proceeds to validate the Front/Back of the driver's license.
Once the identity has been verified, the rental agreement is sent to the customer so they can review and digitally sign it.
The customer signs the contract and subsequently receives a signed copy of the contract and the address to pick up the vehicle.
