Description of the Multisign, Multisignatory & Multi-document process.

Starting point in face-to-face and online processes

The client accesses the Digital Signature process through the digital environments provided by the entity or the point of sale.

2.

Authentication or identification

The identified client accesses with their passwords while the unidentified client accesses through the Digital Onboarding component.

3.

Provision of information

Delivery and review of contractual documentation. Certificate of availability and acceptance of Terms.

4.

Electronic signature

We collect the client’s willingness to contract through an electronic signature with all legal requirements.

5.

Confirmation communication

The communication is sent together with signed contractual documentation, complying with the existing regulations on durable support.

How to sign a contract?

1.

Access to the Contracting process through SMS / Email or integrated into the Client Website.

2.

Access and provision of pre-contractual information and collection of consents.

3.

Access and provision of contractual documentation.

4.

Electronic signature of documens by SMS/OTP, Grafo, etc.

5.

Delivery of signed documentation and certificate of evidence.
