Omnichannel Contracting Process

Description of the multi-signer, multi-document, and multi-signature process.

Initiation of the Online/In-person Process:

The customer accesses the Digital Signature process through the entity’s digital environments or at the point of sale.

2.

Authentication or identification

The identified customer accesses with their credentials, and the unidentified customer accesses through the Digital Onboarding component.

3.

Provision of information

Delivery and review of contractual documentation. Certificate of provision and acceptance of conditions.

4.

Electronic signature

We collect the customer’s willingness to contract through electronic signature with the required level of compliance.

5.

Confirmation communication

Sending communication with signed contractual documentation, complying with durable support regulations.

How does the customer sign a contract?

Access to the Contracting Process via SMS/Email or integrated in the Client Web.

2.

Access and provision of pre-contractual information and collection of consents.

3.

Access and provision of contractual documentation.

4.

Electronic signature of the documentation via SMS/OTP, Graph, etc.

5.

Delivery of signed documentation and certificate of evidence.
