- Video-assisted or unassisted identification for customer onboarding, compliant with SEPBLAC regulations.
- Facial biometrics and cross-validation. Proof of life with facial image verification against an identity document.
- Attended processes: A videoconference module that allows real-time multimedia connection with an agent who will handle the user's request.
- Unattended processes: If real-time human intervention is not necessary, a video file is generated from the camera feed for later review by an operator.
