Use Case: Onboarding and Proof of Life

Outbound notification sent by WhatsApp to start the Onboarding process.
The customer's "consent" for the processing of biometric data in the identity validation process is collected.
The customer agrees to begin the process to verify his identity through proof of life (ID card capture + video recording).
An image is taken of the front and/or back of the ID card, then the proof of life process is initiated through a guided procedure.
Once the identity verification is confirmed, you can proceed to send the contracting documentation for review and subsequent signature directly on WhatsApp.
